We Want To Guide You Along a Change Journey.

The purpose of the Evolution Lab’s work is simple: to catalyze your school’s evolution.

When you want to dream up, design, and implement a transformational program, the Evolution Lab is here to guide you. With our help, become one of education’s change leaders. The world needs your talents now more than ever.

Our Three Core Beliefs

1 | Flourishing for all

We believe that great schools help students achieve transformational growth, inside and outside of the classroom. And while schools chiefly focus on students, they must also deeply care for the needs of the adults who make it all possible. Not just to build extraordinary learning conditions for students, but also to design extraordinary working conditions for adults. Not just to fight for healthy integration in every student, but also to fight for the growth and potential of every employee. This is why we aim to serve, both students and adults—to ensure flourishing for all.

2 | Trust at the center of everything

We believe that great school leaders yearn for transformational growth for their schools, and they often do the hard work of spearheading this change. But standing in that extended moment of change can be lonely, even for the most extraordinary leaders. It tests their skills at every level. To lead change, they will need to nurture deep trust among the many members of their community. We will play our part by delivering our services consistently and by helping you cultivate operational discipline.

3 | True to them and true to this moment

Each school is as unique as the students they serve. This is a good thing, because we believe that schools’ differences are sources of tremendous value. Our respect for these differences requires us to adopt approaches as distinctive as the schools we work with.
